What data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, the profile you select (retailer, brand or producer, Horeca, other) and your message.

We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes. This website uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your request and to manage any commercial contact arising from it. Form submissions are recorded as a commercial opportunity in Norva's management system.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on Norva's legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is hosted on Odoo S.A. infrastructure, acting as hosting and application service processor. Norva's service providers may access it strictly for technical support purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose that prompted the contact and, where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship and any legal retention periods that apply to it.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to norva@norva.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work: session, language preference and form security. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.
